Trainees are separated according to age category to make it easier for the coaching staff to apply basic football techniques according to the age level of the participants. It is also important to ensure healthy development and competition between them.

The academy is a long term development program targeted towards unearthing football talents within the district of Kemaman.

The academy is a proud member of the Suparimau charter, whereby we are accorded the bronze level. The Suparimau charter was introduced by FAM to regulate the quality of football academies and facilitate its growth.
